This week in La Voz en Breve, journalist Mariel Fiori has a show on education and family.

La Voz magazine and My Kingston Kids invite you to a bilingual story time that will take place this Saturday, July 16, from 12 noon to 1pm at the Kingston Farmers Market uptown, free and outdoors. Books and t-shirts will be given away to children who sign up. We were visited by Karen Ruiz León from La Voz magazine, Hispanic Culture and News from the Hudson Valley and Melanie González from My Kingston Kids to give us all the details. We met Tiziana Rinaldi, who invited us to The Job Up course for professional immigrants seeking employment in the United States.

In addition, we met the Consul General of Argentina in New York, Santiago Villalba, and Deputy Consuls Rodrigo Miranda and Tomás Moller Poullsen, who told us about consular services for the approximately 50,000 Argentines who live in the tri-state area. They recommended signing up for the consulate's newsletter to find out about all the cultural programming they offer.

La revista La Voz y My Kingston Kids los invitamos a una hora de cuento bilingüe que se hará este sábado 16 de julio de 12 a 1pm en el Mercado de granjeros de Kingston en uptown, gratis y al aire libre. Se regalarán libros y camisetas a los niños que se anoten.
