La Voz: Mariel Fiori on Wellness

This weeks in La Voz en breve, journalist Mariel Fiori presents a show on wellness. "The coronavirus does not kill us, machismo kills us," say women activists from all over Latin America who are on a day strike, protesting feminicides. I talked with Arussi Unda from Las Brujas del Mar from México about the reasons for the strike. The feminist author and political scientist María Florencia Freijó, author of Solas (still accompanied), explained why she does not like to be congratulated for women's day. And the activist of the All for Argentina Front, Luciana Pájaro, said why "The debt is with us", the motto of this afternoon's mobilization in Buenos Aires.

In addition, the lawyer from the Ulster County District Attorney Jessica Mila Schutzman explained the resources for victims of violence in the county, regardless of immigration status, and the new initiatives of the Restorative Justice Center. There are resources, you can call (845) 340-3280, also the Victims of Crime phone number at 845-340-3442, or the Labor Justice Center for help.
